Refund & Return Policy

At aléas., we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The security return tag must remain attached. Returns are not accepted if the tag has been removed.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging and free from:

    • Perfume or deodorant scent
    • Makeup stains
    • Pet hair or other marks
    • Any signs of wear or damage
    • If these conditions are not met, the return may be refused.

Returns Process

  1. Please email us at hello@aleasstore.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item back to our UK return address (we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package).

  3. The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer and deducted from your refund.

  4. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  5. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@aleasstore.co.uk.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • The return delivery cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size or style, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Non-returnable Items

  • Items without the original security return tag attached

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

  • Please note that all final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
